Strahlhorn 0 m From Britannia Hut

A long but technically easy high alpine snow tour with spectacular views towards the Monte Rosa east face.

From the Britannia Hut, the route first crosses the Hohlaub Glacier and then continues over the long Allalin Glacier beneath the east face of the Rimpfischhorn to the Adler Pass.

The final ascent follows an initially defined and then broader ridge to the summit. The descent follows the same route back.
