Previous mountaineering experience is required.
You need to be comfortable with crampons, two ice axes and steep ice up to around 50°.

Route map
The route climbs the impressive north face of the Allalinhorn on steep glaciated terrain.
The main section reaches around 50° and requires efficient movement with crampons and two ice axes.
The descent follows the normal route back down from the summit.
Price
Cable car ticket is not included.
Tour is only possible with crampon experience and previous mountaineering experience.
Equipment
Technical ice climbing equipment and suitable high mountain clothing are required. Some items can be rented directly through us.
