The route first leads across the gently sloping Hohlaub Glacier to the start of the East Ridge. From there, you follow an impressive snow ridge with views over the remote Allalin Glacier.
Shortly before the summit, a small but exciting rock step awaits, requiring easy scrambling. The descent follows the normal route.

Technique
Medium difficult glacier and rock tour.
Crampon experience is required.
