On snowshoes
Reach the climbing area through the winter landscape on snowshoes. The exact location is selected according to current glacier and weather conditions.
Learn the basics
Your mountain guide explains movement on ice, the use of ice axes and crampons, rope safety and efficient climbing technique.
Climb glacier ice
Practise on ice-blue glacier walls selected for the group. The climbing level is adapted to your confidence, fitness and progress.

Fitness
Average fitness is sufficient for the snowshoe approach, the climbing session and the return journey.
Technik
Easy glacier and ice climbing tour.
No prior climbing experience is required.
The guide adapts the exercises and climbing lines to your level.
